Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box, we may text you about the thing you enquired about: a lesson, a class, a booking, or the school software. You are never required to agree to texts in order to buy anything or to use the site. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number, or your consent to receive text messages, with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email address, profile photo and how you sign in.
- What you book, buy and hold a ticket for.
- What you post: forum posts, comments, messages, voice notes and files.
- Payment records. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
- Contact details you volunteer, including a phone number if you give one.
- Location, only where a feature needs it, such as finding teachers or jams near you.
What you can ask for
- A copy of what we hold about you.
- Correction of anything wrong.
- Deletion of your account and personal information.
- An end to marketing, by unsubscribing or by replying STOP to a text.
