World Groove Society
Scheduling & Calendar Management - Campus for Music Schools
Every teacher, room and student on one timetable. Recurring lessons across the term, every teacher or just one, clashes refused by name, and online lessons in their own video room.
Weekly or fortnightly lessons generated for the whole term, correct through daylight-saving changes
Change one lesson, everything after it, or the whole run
Every teacher's lessons on one calendar, or pick one teacher to see only theirs
A room or a teacher already taken is refused by name before you save
Buildings and rooms picked from a list; an online lesson gets its own video room
The family is emailed when a lesson moves
Group classes with a roll that carries across the term
World Groove Society is the home of world music education online: live classes and workshops, on-demand courses and 1-on-1 lessons with master teachers across Brazilian, West African, South Indian, Turkish and Balkan rhythm traditions - plus a worldwide musician community, local jams and gigs, and an instrument marketplace.
